Here are more photos of Sportsmen Night, as requested. We didn't really take many photos hence the limited number of photos shown.
I'm wishing everything would be over now! Haha. But I have to admit time is passing very quickly. I found out that I enlist on the 9th of January, sadly. That's so fast! In addition I'm like only flying back to singapore on the 31st of December. I have to learn how to swim by then. =\
I can't wait for A's to be over!! I'm so going to buy Red-Alert 3 and play. :D

I was bored and I decided to look through the old photos.
Sec2 was so very disturbing. HAHA. I'm afraid I can't post them up.
They gave me a good laugh and made me realise how immaturely fun we were.

Pain.
I relived the physical and mental torture of playing a high-intensive match today. Haha. Months of not exercising made all of us worn out in the first period. The adrenalin rush came back. It felt good getting back on court.
Not to mention I got hit near my mouth and got a cut on my chin. HAHA. And my calf muscles crammed while I was walking. I couldn't walk and stood helplessly. I felt pain. I ended up taking a cab home because I couldn't really walk. I somewhat missed feeling such pain. (Yes, I'm crazy and the pain is still there.)
What an experience! A distinct change from the mundane study routine.
On the other hand, I think not going online on MSN really helped. :D
This is totally random. I read the news today and I can't believe Singapore's in a recession. I studied recession the other day and laughed over it. Now it is here. I'm a keynesian fan, so I shall use the recession as a good excuse to spend my way out of the recession. HAHAHA. But wait, Singapore has a small multiplier so my spending won't really help. ): Awww. Right.
Anyway, PRESS ON FELLOW YEAR2s. Freedom is calling out our names from the mountain tops and in a future nearer than we expect. :D

I made two decisions in the course of the past few days, one of which I know I cannot take back.
Ahh and I studied for two years only to be told that my concepts and everything about a certain subject are all wrong, at such a timing. I wonder if I'm the only one around feeling so anxious and helpless about the oncoming onslaught. Am I?
"Haha!" That's the best way to end this post.

My relationship with VJC has been indeed a bitter-sweet one.
I will never forget the first time I trained in VJ for hockey and then track and field in 2003. VJC was like my second home back then and the VJ track & field seniors were very nice to us. I really missed the days we would rush to the canteen after training to buy ice jelly to eat, it was very nice then. I missed the days we slept in the PE dept before track training. (Yes, we really did that in the past!) All the tiring trainings that made my legs crumble, I will never forget. I told myself I would work hard and get into VJ, somehow. And I did.
2nd January 2007, I stepped into VJ as an official student. I was looking very much forward to life in VJ. I thought I would have the best time of my life in the next two years, but I was wrong. Yeah, I won't dismiss the fact that I've had a lot of fun in VJ, but at the expense of many other things. One of my regrets would be channelling so much time and effort into floorball, probably one of the most politically incorrect statement I've made this year. There's no point hiding the fact that I wasn't happy in there to a certain extent. But certain friendships forged through it made the whole journey worth it.
VJ has really taught me much and has forced me to grow up so quickly in a very unlikely manner. I thank God for all the friendships that I've had in VJ. I guess these friendships made life in school a whole lot better. My dearest friends from 07S47, floorball, creon, ralph, prayer group and misc categories, I really appreciate you people. :)
Farewell assembly was very good but it couldn't match up to that which I've had in VS. Surprisingly, I wasn't feeling that nostalgic nor emotional. But I was quite sad when the class didn't want to do mass dance and when we didn't really take many photos. I don't know why I just don't have any much more to say, maybe I shall add more to this post when I feel like it. So I shall let the photos do the talking..

So will I miss VJ? I guess I will. I will miss wearing the victorian tie, singing the school anthem and lastly, pinning on the college badge. Now it's time for me to study like there's no tomorrow.
