so tomorrow is my CHINESE A level exam. the LAST chinese exam i have to settle, i hope.
haha. i would like to thank my lovely classmates chiaweei, steffi, pei ying and xianglin for taking time off their sunday to come and teach me my chinese textbook. it was really sweet of you all!
AND SO, I MUST DO MY BEST TOMORROW AND AT LEAST PASS.
haha. on the other hand, i managed to sell of my camera just now! finally... after 3-4weeks... i'm so glad i managed to settle it.
i can't wait for 7th november to come. then it will be all over... and i can enjoy myself at the class chalet.. and perhaps have more time and space to think about life...

im so tired..
chinese A's, pw and training has been wearing me out badly these days and i hardly have much sleep.
take today for example.
i was all changed up and ready to leave the house, suddenly i told my mom, "mom, i'm very tired and i need to sleep. can i dont go school for chinese?"
she agreed and asked me to mange my time better andno t sleep at 2.30am, so off i went to sleep only to wake up late for my pw oral presentation practice. i didnt even have time to washup again!
haha. first time ponning chinese class. somemore the week before chinese A's.
it felt so good sleeping. :D i had to conserve energy for OP and training okay...

it is unfortunate that one member of the victorian family has passed away earlier today.
he is a sec4 boy who was about to take his o level's next week before he was knocked down by a car last week. he passed away today in the ICU.
life really is fragile. no matter how cliche that phrase may be, it will always hold its truth.
i may not have known him personally, but being part of the victorian family, we all share the same agony of this mishap.
i sincerely hope his family will be able to cope with the loss of a son.
today, as i went to parkway, i saw many of the sec4 students around. there was a significant number of them who had a solemn, downcast face. there was sadness and agony written all over their faces.
i sincerely hope that all my sec4 juniors will be able to stay strong and focus on their O levels next week. it may not be easy, but i know my juniors will overcome this setback and do our school proud.

Appreciation.
You know, sometimes people tend to take for granted the many blessings in life a person has granted to them through the existence of that very person.
It's only when that person is gone do they realise how badly that person matters to them.
I really wonder if it's really human nature to take for granted the people that are closest to them.
How much do we appreciate the people around us? It all can be shown through small actions.

yes, i know there are bound to be imperfections.
there's no such thing as perfection in this life.
why do i bother so much i ask myself? why? why do i need to care so much?
you don't know how much it affects me, or maybe you do..

i should start by stop listening to those thought-provoking emotive songs.
these days i've really been thinking hard where and whom i should channel my time and effort to, but i've found no evident answers yet.

What can be better to liven up the dull mood in this blog than to post a beautiful sunset? :D I took it in some ulu area in punggol just a week ago.
Whoever that thinks that Singapore is dull and boring with nothing much to see should think twice now.. Such beauties are all around us, in this concrete jungle, it's only whether we want to take noctice of it. ;)
And i'm so glad photography has made me appreciate the beauty and cultures of Singapore much more.
Sometimes we just need to take time off our busy schedules to explore the nature around us. :) Punggol is a good place to start off with! The ulu areas that is.. I shall explore more other areas in future! Next will have to be changi! :D

so here it is... the 500th blogpost.
nothing fantastic though.
i wouldn't say im in the best of moods to blog about anything.
i already forsee great trouble that lay ahead. piano exam results are out, and i'll get them over the weekend if my teacher keeps her word. i'm not yet prepared to face the reality of a fail grade. all my hard work, effort and sacrifices.
following week will be the release of the results. i studied my social life away but i know studying ain't any good without proper brains. i'm just so afraid i'll break down any moment.
i just have this feeling after next week i'm going to be a whole different person.
many things have happenned. i have so many things to settle. no, i'm not going to blog them here because some stuffs are really too personal. this seemingly good life of mine isn't that good afterall.
then again, what helps more than falling down hard on the ground shrewn with broken glass pieces and mending those sore, open wounds back one by one, pulling the shards of glass out piece by piece. these wounds will always be marked with scars that remain for life. i'm not really a graphic person, but yeah, you get the point.
bleah, why do i even bother to think so much..
care so much about the little things in life...
when life doesn't give a shit.
i rather be a homer simpson and know donuts and nothing else... just kidding.

haha promos are finally over.
had great fun exploring singapore yesterday, from raffles place to chinatown to vivo to punggol.
had bad experiences like eg.being chased by a pack of 5-8 stray dogs..
took many photographs. will post them soon if possible.
chinese today was better..
had a great time out with ants, dom and van! hahaha. oh boy im dead tired...
